Cumberland Terrace is a townhome community on Cumberland Terrace Drive, inside the gated Kingston Plantation resort on the north end of Myrtle Beach. Built in 1989 and 1990, it is one of the few places at Kingston where you can own a townhome rather than a flat.

The townhomes are about 1,120 to 1,310 heated square feet, with two bedrooms and two baths plus a loft on a third level that many owners use as a third bedroom. Most have a split-level entry with the bedrooms below and the living area above, a great room with a cathedral ceiling, a fireplace, skylights and a balcony.
