Originally constructed as a retirement community, Briarcliffe Acres’ history dates back to the 1950s when it consisted of only a few vacation homes between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach, but soon gained popularity for its secluded location and private beach area.
With easy access off of U.S. Highway 17 and South Carolina 22, Briarcliffe Acres offers residents convenient travel routes to all that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. Briarcliffe is across the street from Barefoot Landing with numerous fine dining options and the House of Blues, the Tanger Outlets, the Myrtle Beach Mall, and North Myrtle Beach.
