North Hampton condos for sale are scarcer than at the other Kingston towers, with four on the market right now, from about $495,000 to $780,000. Two-bedroom units list at about $495,000 to $500,000, and three-bedroom units from about $565,000 to $780,000. Seven sold in the last twelve months, from about $560,000 to $839,000, at an average of about $678,000.

Direct oceanfront units on the upper floors and renovated three-bedroom units sell at the top. Two-bedroom units one back from the oceanfront, or overlooking the Hilton pools, sell toward the bottom.

North Hampton HOA and Amenities

The HOA fee runs about $1,080 to $1,180 a month for a two-bedroom and about $1,400 to $1,600 for a three-bedroom. It covers building insurance, water, sewer, trash, internet, pest control, security, grounds and the pools.
