Waterway Gardens is a small neighborhood of single-family detached homes bordering the Intracoastal Waterway in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach. Built by Flagship Construction in 2020 and 2021, it is one of the newer communities on this side of the waterway, with walking paths that circle the neighborhood and follow the Intracoastal.
