Condos For Sale $700,000 - $1,000,000

Myrtle Beach | The Grand Strand

All Listings Updated Every 3 Minutes

Between $700,000 and $1 million, three bedrooms are close to standard, with four and five appearing at the top of the range. The Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach oceanfront towers are well represented, and Grande Dunes is well represented through The Promenade, Living Dunes, Villa Firenze and Villa Venezia. The south end shows up too — Pawleys Island, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet — where the buildings sit lower and the settings are quieter. Not all of it is on the water: Market Common and other inland communities reach this range too.

Floor plans open up at this level, and so does the range of what a monthly fee covers. An oceanfront high-rise, a low-rise on the south end and an inland townhome can list within a few thousand dollars of each other and cost very different amounts to own.
