It is one of the newer towers in Crescent Beach, a short drive from Barefoot Landing, and the condos are laid out like homes rather than hotel rooms, with foyers, full kitchens, laundry rooms and walk-in closets.

Parking is covered underneath the building, out of the sun and salt, and every unit has its own storage unit on the garage level. The building has two high-speed elevators, a 56-foot oceanfront pool with a lazy river and hot tub, an indoor heated pool, a kiddie pool, a glassed-in fitness room and a sixth-floor sundeck. Every condo has a private oceanfront balcony. There are three plans: a two-bedroom, two-bath of about 1,147 square feet, a three-bedroom, three-bath of about 1,415 to 1,465 square feet and a four-bedroom, three-bath corner plan of about 1,700 to 1,776 square feet. The penthouse level has nine-foot ceilings.
