Twelve Sea Cloisters condos sold over the last three years, five in Sea Cloisters I and seven in Sea Cloisters II, from about $360,000 for a two-bedroom to $525,000 for a second-floor three-bedroom, at an average of about $427,000. Two-bedrooms sold from about $360,000 to $389,000 and three-bedrooms from about $440,000 to $525,000. Most closed within two to four months of listing, and four of the twelve closed in 2026.

Nothing is listed at Sea Cloisters right now. The three-bedroom corners are the units buyers wait for, and a remodeled kitchen and baths or a top-floor position add the most to the price. Units sell furnished more often than not, with the contents conveying.

Sea Cloisters HOA and Amenities

The HOA fee runs about $800 a month on a two-bedroom and about $965 on a three-bedroom, low for an oceanfront unit in North Myrtle Beach. It carries the building insurance, internet, basic cable, water, sewer, trash, pest control, lawn care and landscaping, the pool and association management. Owners pay electricity and a walls-in HO-6 policy.

The complex has a pool in the central courtyard, an outdoor shower, a private walkway to the beach, outside storage closets and well-kept grounds. First-floor units suit buyers who want to skip the stairs, and the third-floor units get the widest views. Pets are allowed with restrictions. There is no front desk or rental program on site; owners who rent use an outside management company or handle bookings themselves, and one 2026 listing projected about $38,000 to $55,000 a year in gross rent for a two-bedroom.
