It is a mid-rise with lettered unit stacks, a locked entrance, an elevator, a private oceanfront pool and private beach access, on a quieter stretch of beach a few minutes from Barefoot Landing. It should not be confused with the Crescent Sands in Windy Hill at 4605 South Ocean Boulevard, a separate building.

There are two plans: a two-bedroom, two-bath of about 1,000 to 1,050 square feet and a three-bedroom, three-bath of about 1,041 to 1,320 square feet, with the guest bedrooms toward the front and the primary suite and living area on the ocean with balcony access. Most units have an exterior storage room, and several come furnished. Units here rarely become available, and when they do they tend to sell within two months.
