A Place at the Beach is a group of low-rise condo buildings on Shore Drive in the Arcadian Shores area on the north end of Myrtle Beach. It was built in phases, and its buildings include 9520, 9530, 9540, 9560, 9600, 9660 and 9670 Shore Drive and 191 Maison Drive. MLS records date the buildings to 1978.

Almost every unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo of about 800 to 950 square feet. Some are direct oceanfront, others look over the ocean from the side or face the courtyard pool,, and first-floor units open right onto the pool area. Many have been updated with new kitchens, tile or LVP flooring, and some have their own washer and dryer.
