Grande Shores Ocean Resort is an oceanfront condo tower at 201 77th Avenue North on the north end of Myrtle Beach. It was built in 2000 and 2001, with a parking garage for owners and guests. Restaurants, shopping and golf are a short drive away, and North Myrtle Beach is close.
Floor plans include one-bedroom units of about 550 to 600 square feet, two-bedroom units of about 893 square feet, and three-bedroom units of about 1,120 to 1,365 square feet. The corner three-bedroom units are the largest, and many of the larger units have a washer and dryer.
