Chelsea House is a low-rise condo building at 2805 North Ocean Boulevard in central Myrtle Beach, directly across the street from the ocean and its sister property, Caribbean Resort. It is second row, not oceanfront, and many units have ocean views from their balconies. It was built in 1983, and Sea Captain’s House restaurant is steps away.

Every unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo of about 1,050 to 1,270 square feet, which is much larger than most oceanfront condos at the same price. Many have two balconies, granite counters, stainless appliances and their own washer and dryer. Chelsea House has its own courtyard pool and hot tub.

Units in the Caribbean Resort rental program can use the Caribbean’s amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, water slides and a fitness center. Units that are not in the program do not get that access.
