Ocean Forest Plaza is an oceanfront condo tower at 5523 North Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach’s Cabana Section. The Cabana Section is a stretch of beach with few high-rises, so the beach is quieter than most of Myrtle Beach and the tower’s upper floors have long views up and down the coast. The building dates to the mid-1980s and rises 24 stories.

Most of the building is one-bedroom condos of about 600 to 700 square feet, many with floor-to-ceiling glass facing the ocean. The top floors hold two-story penthouses of about 1,250 to 1,430 square feet, with the kitchen and living area downstairs and two bedroom suites upstairs.

Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness room, an owners’ lounge, laundry facilities and a parking deck. Owners include full-time residents, second-home owners and vacation-rental owners.
