Ocean Creek is a 57-acre gated oceanfront resort at 10600 North Kings Highway, at the very north end of Myrtle Beach, one block from North Myrtle Beach and across from Barefoot Landing. It feels more like a park than a resort: winding paths under mature live oaks, ponds, and a tram and walkways to the beach. Built from 1983 to 1987, it has three kinds of condos, from under $150,000 to about $700,000.
The oceanfront towers, Tower North and Tower South, hold two- and three-bedroom condos of about 1,000 to 1,310 square feet with direct ocean and creek views, and are concrete and steel construction. The lodges, Ocean Creek I through IV, are low-rise elevator buildings among the trees with studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom condos, most with screened porches. The garden homes are two-bedroom villas of about 1,250 square feet with vaulted ceilings and private patios.

Ocean Creek Oceanfront Condos for Sale
The two oceanfront towers are where Ocean Creek’s prices are. Thirteen tower condos are listed right now, from about $420,000 to $690,000: two-bedroom units of about 1,000 to 1,200 square feet from about $420,000 to $655,000, and three-bedroom units of about 1,200 to 1,310 square feet from about $500,000 to $690,000. Sixteen sold in the last twelve months, from about $410,000 to $630,000. Tower South has sold higher, at an average of about $574,000, than Tower North, at about $496,000.
Upper-floor units with direct ocean views, renovated interiors and corner or end positions sell at the top. Many units have been updated with new hurricane-rated sliders and windows.
Ocean Creek Lodge Condos and Garden Homes
The lodge buildings are the affordable side of Ocean Creek. About 24 lodge condos are listed, from about $135,000 for a studio of about 415 to 500 square feet to about $300,000 for a two-bedroom of about 945 to 970 square feet, with one-bedroom units of about 650 to 710 square feet in between. Twenty-three sold in the last twelve months, from about $135,000 to $295,000. Most have a screened porch looking over the pools and gardens, and many have an in-unit washer and dryer.
Two garden homes are listed at about $550,000 to $560,000. They are single-level two-bedroom villas with vaulted ceilings, skylights and a private patio, and they rarely come up.
