Sand Dunes Resort is a large oceanfront condo resort on 74th Avenue North on the north end of Myrtle Beach. It has several towers built in phases, from the 1980s to the 2000s, including the newer North Tower. Units are listed at 201, 202, 205 and 210 74th Avenue North.

Sand Dunes has a wide range of floor plans. Studios are about 350 to 450 square feet and one-bedroom units about 390 to 550 square feet. Two-bedroom units are about 1,000 to 1,100 square feet, and many are lock-outs that can be rented as one unit or two. Three-bedroom units, mostly in the North Tower, are about 1,180 to 1,380 square feet, and many of them have a washer and dryer.

Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, the Waterfall Water Park, a fitness center and several places to eat on site, including River City Café, a beachfront kitchen and bar, and a pizzeria and ice cream shop.
