The Palms Resort is an oceanfront condo resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach, a few blocks from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. It has two towers, both built in 1985. The Main Tower at 2500 North Ocean Boulevard holds three-bedroom condos and penthouses. The South Tower at 2406 North Ocean Boulevard holds one-bedroom units and two-story penthouses.
The Main Tower’s three-bedroom units are about 1,080 to 1,250 square feet, with a washer and dryer and more than one balcony. The corner “02” units have wraparound balconies. South Tower one-bedroom units are about 590 to 660 square feet. Two-story penthouses are rare on the beach, and the penthouses here run from about 1,180 square feet up to 2,500 square feet for the largest Main Tower penthouse.
Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a fitness room, on-site laundry, covered parking and direct beach access.
