It has three buildings, Atlantica, Atlantica II and Atlantica III, at 1700, 1702 and 1708 North Ocean Boulevard, built between 1998 and 2005. The 14th Avenue Pier is steps away, and you can walk to the Boardwalk, the SkyWheel, restaurants and shops.
Units are one-bedroom condos of about 540 to 750 square feet and two-bedroom condos of about 795 to 1,000 square feet. Many have a full kitchen with granite counters and their own washer and dryer. Several listings note that owners may keep pets, and that the HOA allows motorcycle or golf cart parking.
