Floor plans include studios of about 340 to 430 square feet, one-bedroom units of about 490 to 600 square feet, and two-bedroom, two-bath units of about 740 to 950 square feet. Some units face the ocean directly and others have ocean views from the side, and some two-bedrooms have a second balcony off the bedroom.
