Bluewater Resort is an oceanfront condo resort on the south end of Myrtle Beach, near Grand Atlantic. It has two parts. The high-rise tower at 2001 South Ocean Boulevard was built in 1984 and rises fifteen stories. The low-rise Bluewater Villas, at 1906 and 2000 South Ocean Boulevard, date to the 1980s.

The tower is mostly one-bedroom units of about 415 to 550 square feet, plus two-bedroom lock-out units of about 900 to 940 square feet that can be rented as one unit or two. The Villas have studios and one-bedroom units of about 400 to 665 square feet and a few two-bedroom units. Some units have their own washer and dryer.

Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, an on-site pizza restaurant and lounge, a seasonal tiki bar, a fitness center, a game room, 24-hour security and a parking garage for the resort.
