Beach Colony has a wide range of floor plans. There are studios of about 350 to 400 square feet and one-bedroom units of about 500 to 590 square feet. Ocean-view two-bedroom units are about 900 square feet, and oceanfront two-bedroom corner units run about 1,125 to 1,225.
