Four Anchorage condos are listed right now, all in Anchorage II, from about $370,000 for a first-floor two-bedroom to about $530,000 for a top-floor, direct oceanfront three-bedroom. Anchorage II has only four three-bedroom direct oceanfront units in the whole building, so those rarely come up. Seven Anchorage condos sold in the last twelve months, from about $352,000 to $435,000, at an average of about $410,000, and seventeen over the last three years at an average of about $417,000.

Two-bedroom units have sold from about $370,000 to $425,000 and three-bedroom units from about $352,000 to $435,000, and a direct oceanfront top-floor three-bedroom sold for about $531,000 in 2024. Renovation and whether the unit faces the ocean directly set the price more than size.

Anchorage HOA and Amenities

The HOA fee runs about $615 to $730 a month, low for oceanfront. It covers water, sewer, trash, pest control, grounds and the pool, and on most units internet, with building insurance included on some. Anchorage II has elevators and a community pool, and pets are allowed with restrictions.

The Anchorage sits on the Golden Mile, the stretch of the north end known for its larger oceanfront homes.
