Golf on One Side, Water on the Other
Many Grande Dunes neighborhoods make you choose. Bal Harbor is all waterway. Cadiz and Capri Village are built around the Resort Course. The Members Club is bordered by the Members Course on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other, which is why it is treated as one of the most exclusive addresses in the community.
It also means three genuinely different products under one name: a home on the greens, a home on one of the course lakes, and a home with access to the ICW. Those do not price alike, and neither do the houses — 2,500 to over 6,000 square feet is the widest range anywhere in Grande Dunes. A home here can be two and a half times its neighbor.
The prices say the same thing. Homes here run from $1.1 million to $3.3 million — a three million dollar band inside one gate. Before any comparable sale means anything, establish two things: which of the three settings it sat in, and how big it was. A neighborhood-wide average across a 2,500 square foot lake home and a 6,000 square foot waterway home is not describing a real property.

The Members Club offers two 18-hole courses, both ranked among the top 50 in the world — the Resort Course, playable without a membership, and the Members Course, which requires one. Each course has its own clubhouse, with a pub, dining area and locker rooms. The Grande Dunes Marina is one of the best full-service boating facilities on the East coast, with boat slips and maintenance on site, and it is home to 357 Raw Coastal Bar — Myrtle Beach’s only restaurant on the Intracoastal Waterway. The Tennis Club is a 6,000 square foot facility with 10 Har-Tru courts, 8 of them lighted, and a full pro shop.
